  Avoid this company like the plague! My fiancée and I are due to be married in three months time and had booked our car hire through Arrive. Then, without prior warning or any explanation, we received a cheque with our deposit back today claiming that our booking was now cancelled due to "operational difficulties". We now have three months to find another company to book our car through, which is an almost impossible task. My fiancée has been left heartbroken and this has spoilt the lead up to our wedding. I can't stress enough how bad the service has been. unprofessional and disrespectful.
